Datuk Marco Yap

Datuk Yap is the Founder and Chairman of the firm. He brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur, corporate advisor, and investor. With a successful track record, he has been involved in Pre-IPO, RTO, M&A, divestiture, corporate restructuring, and debt transactions throughout his corporate career. His leadership extends to serving on the boards of various private and publicly listed companies in both Malaysia and Singapore.

Role & Background

At the helm, Datuk Yap is instrumental in shaping the firm's vision and philosophy, establishing strategic goals, and ensuring alignment between execution and corporate objectives. With his strategic insight and direction, he steers the firm towards a path of growth and accomplishment.

Datuk Yap obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He pursued his academic endeavors further by completing a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia.
