Jason Lee

Mr. Lee is the Senior Partner of the firm. He serves as an Advocate and Solicitor based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya, followed by admission to the High Courts of Sabah and Sarawak within the state of Sabah.

Role & Background

Within the firm, Mr. Lee offers counsel to the management team on all legal and regulatory matters. His expertise spans corporate advisory, private equity real estate, project financing, and specialized advisory work in the corporate sector.

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
