Mr. Alvin Tan is Senior Partner at Censuria, providing legal, governance, and transactional oversight across the firm’s investment activities. He supports investment structuring, regulatory assessment, and legal risk management.
He has extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, dispute resolution, and cross-border investments across Southeast Asia and China. He has advised on complex transactions and played a key role in regional legal collaboration, including co-founding one of the largest China-based law firms with international offices in Malaysia.
He holds an LL.B. from the University of London and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
