Lau Chia En – Managing Partner
Mr. Lau Chia En is the Managing Partner of Censuria, responsible for leading investment activities, portfolio development, and capital allocation across the firm.
He has nearly 30 years of experience across investment banking, stockbroking, and corporate advisory. His expertise spans public and private capital markets, including IPO-related transactions, M&A, restructuring, fundraising, and strategic investments. He also serves on the boards of publicly listed companies in Malaysia.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
